electrolytic refining can be performed on the
Lewis rotary
casting machine. |

| In the above picture 250kg silver dore plates
are cast to supply a “Kodak type” silver parting
plant. |
| |
| The same machine can be used for casting copper
anodes during copper recycling or for recasting of
scrap anodes at an electrolytic copper refinery. |

| Demoulding is achieved automatically by lifting
the mould off the indexing table and inverting it to
lower the anode plate onto an out-put conveyor. |
